Redbone Indian Tacos began with a single act of kindness — helping a local family through an Indian taco fundraiser in our community. The response was overwhelming, and the event was such a success that the community encouraged me to continue sharing my grandmother’s beloved Kiowa recipe. That’s how the Redbone Indian Tacos food trailer was born.

For over six years, our food truck has traveled throughout Central and Southwest Oklahoma, serving up frybread made with love and tradition. The recipe, passed down from my Kiowa grandmother, has been lovingly perfected over time — a way to honor her legacy and share it with every community we visit.

Today, Redbone Indian Tacos has found a permanent home with a new drive-thru location in Lawton, Oklahoma, run by a proud mom and son duo. While the drive-thru serves up our classics during the week, our food truck is still rolling strong, catering weekend events and special gatherings across the state. Whether you swing by the window or book us for your next event, you’ll taste tradition, family, and heart in every bite.
